What to Expect
A 3 hour education and Practical session at Tuggerah, finishing with lunch and a chance to ask our Specialist team Questions
YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH:
- A group education session.
- Individual assessment of diaphragm, deep core and if needed, pelvic floor.
- Confirm if your core is working properly and what your load tolerance is.
- Technique correction and progression with our team of Specialists.
- Education on how to safely lift without pelvic floor symptoms or risk of injury.
- Understanding how to breathe and use the core effectively in gym training.
- Assessment by women's health professional's to sign off for impact and high intensity or a direct plan/program on what you need to do, to safely return to impact.
- Return to your gym ready to safely raise the bar
